Abbey Cereals Limited, an agricultural grain store based near Cheltenham, has used a HP Plus facility from JCB Finance to finance a new JCB 532-60 Agri Loadall after an increase in demand had led to the need for an additional machine. Located close to junction 10 of the M5, the store is a farmer’s hub for storage. The store is relatively new with state-of-the-art storage, drying, cleaning, and processing facilities for farmer customers. With an accredited laboratory providing full grain analysis on site, Abbey Cereals Limited in conjunction with Western Arable can store, process and market all types of combinable crops
We’ve had JCB Loadalls ever since we started trading. It’s getting busier and we are doing more things on site, and we felt the addition of another Loadall would be beneficial to give us more loading capacity
Phil Smith, Director
Local JCB Finance field representative Dave Crosby has worked with Abbey Cereals Limited for several years. The ability to speak with Dave face to face and to know that he is close by has helped to build a strong working relationship.
It’s always nice to have a face to face with people and there is a place for it in services like these. To talk to people so you know them. Sometimes all over the internet can be a bit soulless really and with JCB Finance, they understand the sector we work in and what we need. It’s almost instant, you don’t have to explain anything to them.
