To mark International Women's Day, we would like to take the opportunity to celebrate members of the JCB Finance team who recently picked up awards at our recent company conference.
Spirit of Sales Award
Lauren Adams, SalesMaster Development Manager, gained this award for encompassing the Spirit of Sales by helping to support our dealer JCB Dealer network:
“After a decade of service in our Sales Team, Lauren was appointed as the SalesMaster Development Manager last year with a primary focus on supporting our dealer network. She has helped deliver exceptional results this year, with lots more to come and is becoming a game changer for our business.”

Top Team Award
Both Kate Shenton and Jasmine Jeffery, two of our amazing Relationship Managers who support our customers day-to-day, are part of the regional team which received the Top Team Award in 2023:

Long Service Award
Sue Durber, Head of Financial Accounts, recently celebrated being with the company for 25 years and was recognised for her years of work and dedication:
“Sue has been a key member of our team for 25 years during which time she has managed to balance a busy job with her studies to become a fully qualified accountant. She now heads the team and is well liked and respected throughout the business. Thank you Sue for your hard work and dedication to JCB Finance, it’s a privilege working with you.”.
