8th March 2021 marks International Women’s Day and we are using this opportunity to highlight and celebrate the achievements of our team members.
As a company, JCB Finance aims to nurture talent and supported the professional development of its staff through academic studies, apprenticeships, inhouse training or on the job development.
Members of our team have achieved qualifications from The London Institute of Banking & Finance, International Compliance Association, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Chartered Institute of Marketing to name a few.
The company also work with external providers to develop tailored management training and leadership development programmes which many staff members have completed or are currently enrolled on.
