Adding users with view-only access to your JCB Finance Online account

To grant individuals in your business access to your JCB Finance Online account, please first log in to your account by clicking here: JCB Finance Online.

Please note: As a Director or Partner, you have Signatory access and the ability to:

• Access all areas of the site
• Add/remove users on your account
• Sign documents

Users with 'view-only' access are called Reviewers and, they will be able to view documents only. Reviewers will not be able to add or remove Signatories or sign documents.

1. Scroll down to the Active users section of the home page, then click ‘View user management’:

2. The user management section will appear and list everyone with (and without) access to the account.

3. Click ‘Add new user’ and enter a new contact’s details, or click ‘Invite’ next to an existing contact. You will be asked to confirm their email address and mobile number. The new user will receive an activation email and be asked to set up a new password. After setting a new password, they can log in via https://online.jcb-finance.co.uk.
